How do the Team pricing tiers work?
The first 10 active users cost $10 each, the next 15 cost $8 each, and subsequent users cost $6 each per month. For example, 25 users cost $220 and 70 users cost $490 before tax.
Can we discuss our security and hosting requirements?
Yes. Contact us with your requirements so we can review them with you. Hosting location, compliance obligations and contractual commitments should be confirmed before your rollout.
What happens to an existing subscription?
Existing subscriptions retain their agreed pricing when linked to the updated billing system. Contact support before starting a second subscription for an existing workspace.
